Project R.I.S.E rebuild report shows Supercell is trying to fix the tower before beta
Supercell has shared new details on Project R.I.S.E’s rebuilt systems, including revised difficulty paths, tower structure, matchmaking and six playable heroes.
Project R.I.S.E is back in the conversation, but not because Supercell suddenly dropped it worldwide. The studio has shared a rebuild report after earlier beta plans were cancelled, and the message is clear: the game needed structural work before another test. The new version focuses on revised tower progression, matchmaking changes, difficulty paths such as Brave, Heroic and Legendary, and a hero lineup built around six playable characters. That is encouraging because R.I.S.
E always sounded like the kind of co-op roguelite idea that could be brilliant or messy depending on pacing. Supercell is usually ruthless with projects that do not meet its internal bar, so the fact this one is still being rebuilt is notable. The next beta will need to prove the tower is fun to climb, not just more organized on paper.
