AYANEO unveils Konkr Pocket Block, a compact Android handheld with AI branding

AYANEO has revealed the Konkr Pocket Block, and the phrase that jumps out is not vertical handheld or Android gaming device. It is AI handheld. That label is doing some heavy marketing lifting because AYANEO has not fully explained what the AI features actually do yet. What we do know is that the Pocket Block is a compact vertical handheld under the more affordable Konkr brand, with Android out of the box, a touch display, shoulder buttons, stereo speakers, audio jack and AYANEO’s custom UI.

The device looks aimed at the pocketable retro and Android gaming crowd rather than the heavy PC handheld buyer. The important question is whether the AI side becomes genuinely useful for emulation, setup and gameplay convenience, or whether it is just 2026’s new way of saying please pay attention to our tiny console.
