Clash Royale’s June update brings Hero Tombstone, Princess Evolution and faster chaos

Clash Royale players were already theorizing about Hero Tombstone, and now Supercell has made the June 2026 update look much bigger than a spooky skeleton tease. The update introduces Hero Tombstone, Princess Evolution, the new Princess Gambit mode, Victory Run, Collection Levels and Seasonal Arenas.

Princess Gambit sounds especially interesting because it removes normal deck-building and throws players into faster random-card battles, which could either be brilliant casual chaos or the kind of mode that makes serious ladder players quietly scream into their phone cases. The bigger picture is that Clash Royale is still trying to refresh progression and match rhythm without breaking the sharp tactical identity that made it last this long.

Not every update lands perfectly, but this one has enough moving parts to matter.
