Pokémon Unite x Pokémon Horizons brings new Pokémon and anime rewards from June 4

Pokémon Unite is preparing a stronger June with its Pokémon Horizons collaboration starting June 4. The headline additions are Skeledirge and Quaquaval, with Skeledirge joining first on June 4 and Quaquaval following later on June 19. The event also adds exclusive Trainer outfits linked to Liko and Roy, plus collaboration rewards and Holowear.

This is smart crossover timing because Pokémon Unite needs regular reasons for lapsed players to return, and anime-linked content gives the event more emotional pull than a standard balance patch. The practical question is how disruptive the new Pokémon will be to the meta. Unite players know the pattern: new release, everyone tries it, ranked becomes temporarily ridiculous, and then the balance discussion begins.
