ASUS ROG XBOX Ally X20 bundle goes full collector mode at Computex
ASUS ROG has unveiled the ROG XBOX Ally X20 Bundle for its 20th anniversary, pairing an upgraded OLED handheld with ROG XREAL R1 Edition 20 gaming AR glasses.
ASUS ROG is celebrating 20 years with the ROG XBOX Ally X20 Bundle, one of the flashier portable hardware reveals around Computex 2026. The bundle pairs an upgraded Ally X20 handheld with ROG XREAL R1 Edition 20 Gaming AR Glasses, aiming for an on-the-go big-screen gaming setup rather than just another handheld refresh. ASUS says the bundle includes an upgraded 7.4-inch OLED display, TMR joysticks and a unified limited-edition design, while the AR glasses can create a large virtual screen when tethered by USB-C.
This is clearly collector hardware as much as practical hardware. The appeal is portability plus immersion. The concern is price, comfort and whether players actually want to wear glasses to make a handheld feel bigger. Still, as a Computex statement piece, it does exactly what anniversary hardware should: look expensive and get attention.
