ASUS ROG XBOX Ally X20 turns portable gaming into an OLED-and-AR collector flex

ASUS ROG XBOX Ally X20 is the flashy collector-handheld story sitting beside the Intel Arc G3 hardware wave. ASUS announced the bundle for ROG’s 20th anniversary at Computex, pairing an upgraded XBOX Ally X20 handheld with ROG XREAL R1 Edition 20 Gaming AR Glasses. The handheld gets a 7.4-inch OLED Nebula HDR display, 120Hz refresh rate, translucent black body, gold internal accents, TMR joysticks, a transforming D-pad and AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme hardware.

The AR glasses add a large virtual screen experience through USB-C. This is clearly premium hardware, not a bargain handheld for casual curiosity. The appeal is obvious: OLED display, collector design and a portable big-screen setup. The concern is also obvious: price. If the bundle lands too high, many players may admire it from a safe financial distance.
