ASUS ROG Xbox Ally X20 bundle looks gorgeous, but price worries are already loud

ASUS ROG’s Xbox Ally X20 bundle remains one of the flashiest Computex handheld reveals, and the conversation is already splitting into excitement and price anxiety. The bundle brings a 7.4-inch OLED handheld with a 120Hz display, high HDR brightness, translucent anniversary styling and bundled ROG XREAL R1 Edition 20 AR glasses for a large virtual-screen experience. That is a strong premium pitch: better display, collector design and immersive portable play.

But early discussion around the bundle is already circling price, especially because the AR glasses alone are expensive and the handheld PC market is getting more premium by the week. ASUS has built an attractive showcase product. The hard part is whether players will pay collector-level money for it when cheaper handhelds and cloud devices exist. Admiration is easy. Checkout is harder.
