CookieRun Classic opens global pre-registration for a sweet return to endless running

CookieRun Classic is bringing the original endless-running flavour back to a global audience. Devsisters has opened pre-registration on Android and iOS, with the global launch expected on June 25. The game returns to the simple CookieRun structure that built the series: run, jump, slide, dodge obstacles and collect Jellies while helping cookies escape the Witch’s Oven.

The new global version adds real-time League competition, special events, beginner rewards and exclusive K-Culture Cookies inspired by Korean culture and cuisine. That last detail gives the return a little more identity than a plain nostalgia rerelease. CookieRun has become a much larger brand since the original, so Classic now has the funny job of feeling both old and new. If the controls remain clean and the competition loop is strong, this could be a very easy recommendation for casual players.
