May publisher chart shows Miniclip leading downloads and Tencent nearing $500M revenue
GamingOnPhone’s May 2026 publisher chart says Miniclip led downloads with 125.5 million installs, while Tencent dominated revenue with $498.1 million.
May’s mobile publisher chart is useful market context for June 6. Miniclip led downloads with 125.5 million installs, helped by evergreen titles such as 8 Ball Pool and Subway Surfers. Azur Games followed with 86.6 million downloads, while VOODOO took third with 79.45 million. On revenue, Tencent remained far ahead with $498.1 million, mainly driven by huge earners such as Honor of Kings and PUBG Mobile.
Century Games, Dream Games, Playrix, Microfun, Take-Two, King, Scopely, NetEase and Roblox also stayed high on the revenue list. The takeaway is familiar but important: casual and hyper-casual publishers still dominate installs, while a handful of mega live-service ecosystems keep dominating spending. Mobile gaming is broad, but the top money remains very concentrated.
