MLBB Survival Mode is coming back with fewer players and more extraction pressure

Mobile Legends is bringing back Survival Mode, and the new version sounds more structured than the old chaos. The mode is planned for Advanced Server testing in July 2026 and an official-server release in September. Instead of the old 99-player style, the revamped mode uses 12 teams of three, making 36 players total. That should create more readable fights and more room for farming without turning every match into instant disaster.

The new map keeps the Minoan Labyrinth style but splits the battlefield into Grassland, Lab Zone and Wilderness areas, each with different monsters, terrain and hero advantages. The biggest new layer is extraction: teams collect supplies, fight for resources and evacuate together for points and future power boosts. That gives the mode a stronger survival-extraction identity rather than simply being MLBB wearing a battle royale hat.
