Dogpile brings dog-merging roguelike deckbuilding to mobile and consoles soon

Dogpile is one of today’s most charming indie mobile announcements because the idea is instantly understandable: merge cute dogs into bigger dogs, then turn that into a roguelike deckbuilding strategy game. WINGS has announced that Dogpile is coming to Android, iOS, Switch and Switch 2, after first launching on PC in December 2025. The game already has overwhelmingly positive Steam reviews, which gives the mobile version a stronger starting position than a random store-page curiosity.

The loop is built around careful placement, purchases, dog traits, dog tags and synergies. Dogs can have quirks like Barky, Sleepy and Timid, then go to the Dog Wash to gain even more traits. That sounds silly, but it is actually a good mobile strategy hook: cute on the surface, tactical underneath. No app-store listing yet, so this is a watchlist story for now.
