ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet turns Baratie Number Two into a restaurant management adventure

ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet may be the most unexpectedly perfect mobile-adjacent announcement of the day. Bandai Namco and Kairosoft are launching the restaurant management sim on Android, iOS, PC, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 on October 23, 2026. Instead of another combat-heavy pirate adventure, this one lets players build and manage Baratie Number Two alongside Sanji and the Straw Hat Crew.

Players cook iconic dishes, build meal sets, search for new recipes, design the restaurant and meet more than 400 One Piece characters as staff and customers. There are also over 200 furniture and decoration items, character events and special interactions. It is a clever fit because One Piece already has food, travel, crew chemistry and absurd character energy. A Kairosoft-style management sim may capture that better than another arena battler ever could.
