Monster Boy is listed for June 18 on Android and iOS, giving the mid-month calendar an action-platforming item that is not another RPG menu full of glowing stones. Platformers can work very well on mobile when controls are handled properly, but that is the entire challenge. Jump feel, attack timing, camera readability and controller support can make or break the experience. Touchscreen platforming can feel great when tuned for phones and terrible when simply squeezed down from another platform.
