Valve is working with Intel and Nvidia to expand SteamOS GPU support, and that could be huge for future handheld PCs. SteamOS moving beyond AMD hardware means more devices, more options and maybe fewer Windows-on-handheld headaches. The dream is simple: turn on device, play games, stop fighting drivers.
