Netflix and Night School Studio's Unhinged is out now, using the phone as a motion controller, flashlight and in-story communication device.
Unhinged is out now on Netflix, and the best trick is that your phone is not just a controller. It rings, vibrates, plays audio and controls the flashlight as the horror unfolds on the main screen. Night School Studio clearly looked at mobile horror and said: what if the jump scare lived in your hand? Rude. Effective. Very cool.
