Pigeon: A Love Story returns to mobile in August

Pigeon: A Love Story is preparing to flap back onto mobile on August 6, and yes, the premise is still gloriously odd. You play as a pigeon flying through real-world cities in search of your one true soulmate among a terrifying number of potential bird romances. It is meditative, strange and weirdly charming in that indie-game way where someone clearly had one very specific idea and then actually built it.

The comeback matters because the original version disappeared after map-service problems, but this revived release has rebuilt its city exploration foundations. Mobile could be the perfect home for it: short flights, gentle wandering and the emotional pressure of finding love while technically being a pigeon.
