Outerplane has rolled out its summer update, and Heatwave Cop Delta has arrived like a beach episode walked directly into a tactical RPG. The July 14 maintenance adds the limited summer hero, a Caren rate-up, the Automaton of the Horizon event dungeon, daily missions, login rewards and enough event-shop currency to make players start planning like accountants in sunglasses.
