REDMAGIC Astra 2 is now two days from global launch, and compact Android gaming tablet fans are probably already doing dangerous purchase justification maths. The tablet is set for July 17 with a 9-inch OLED display, up to 185Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, RedCore R4 processing and an 8,300mAh battery. That is not casual sofa-tablet energy. That is ‘please run shooters, racers, MOBAs and emulators without sweating’ energy.
