REDMAGIC Astra 2 has officially stepped into the global spotlight today, and the compact gaming tablet is clearly not trying to be subtle. The campaign opens with a discovery phase and tryout applications, while European pricing lists 12GB + 256GB at €699 and 16GB + 512GB at €799. The tablet’s pitch is portable gaming power with visible liquid cooling, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, RedCore R4 processing, a 9.06-inch 2.4K OLED display up to 185Hz and an 8,300mAh battery.
In simple terms: it wants to be the tiny Android slab for players who think phones are too small and normal tablets are too boring.
