Looney Tunes: World of Mayhem is heading for the cartoon exit door, and even a falling anvil cannot stop the service notice. The mobile ARPG will shut down on October 15, with in-app purchases closing August 16 and delisting planned for August 23. For a game that launched in 2019, that is a respectable mobile run, especially in a genre where characters, events and monetisation all have to keep dancing forever.

The farewell window at least gives long-time players time to say goodbye, take screenshots and maybe launch one last absurd toon attack. The joke is ending, but it did last longer than many live-service dreams.
