The pitch is all about running your own supermarket: hiring staff, firing staff, managing stock and shaping the shop exactly how you want. Retail sims work on mobile because progress is visible and oddly satisfying. Shelves fill up, customers move through, upgrades land, profits rise and suddenly you have opinions about aisle flow. It is not glamorous.
