House of the Lost: Revived has returned to mobile, and the best part may be what it does not bring: no ads, no energy timers and full offline play. The game sends you into a changing haunted mansion to rescue your sister, with secrets, bosses, dungeon-crawling and old-school mobile weirdness intact. It has been rebuilt from its 2012 version for modern devices, which gives it both preservation value and actual weekend-download appeal.

Mobile roguelikes work best when they let you fail fast and try again without friction. This haunted house seems to understand the assignment.
