Outliver: Tribulation brings African-inspired survival horror to mobile

Outliver: Tribulation has marched into mobile horror with a setting that immediately feels different from the usual haunted mansion, secret lab or gloomy European castle routine. You play a soldier trapped in a supernatural Realm of Tribulations, facing folklore-inspired monsters, survival pressure and third-person shooting. It may have a few rough edges, but that almost adds to the pulpy horror flavour. Mobile horror needs identity, tension and controls that do not fight the atmosphere.

This one has the first two locked in and enough ambition to deserve a serious look.
