Lenovo’s Legion C700 cloud handheld remains one of the more divisive portable gaming stories. New reports say the Tencent START-focused device will feature a 7.82-inch IPS display at 120Hz and TMR thumbsticks, leaning hard into cloud gaming rather than native handheld power. That makes it lighter and potentially cheaper in theory, but also more dependent on connection quality and service availability. Native handheld fans will be sceptical, and fairly so.
