Tencent reportedly eyes SuperPlay in deal worth up to $1.5bn

Tencent is reportedly looking at SuperPlay in a deal that could reach $1.5 billion, and that is a very serious signal from the puzzle-and-tabletop money machine. SuperPlay’s portfolio includes Dice Dreams, Domino Dreams and Disney Solitaire, with Disney Solitaire already crossing major spending milestones after its 2025 launch. The twist is that Playtika bought SuperPlay before Disney Solitaire fully took off, with a large earn-out structure now becoming expensive.

If Tencent takes it on, this would be another huge bet on casual, puzzle and tabletop mobile power.
