Ratchet & Clank: Ranger Rumble opens mobile pre-registration

Ratchet & Clank: Ranger Rumble has opened pre-registration, turning the famous action duo into a short-session mobile arena shooter. That may not be the big single-player adventure some fans wanted, but the mobile logic is easy to understand: wild weapons, colourful characters, fast matches and plenty of recognisable sci-fi chaos. Arena shooters on mobile live or die by movement, aim feel and readable action.

If the controls click, Ranger Rumble could become a strong spin-off rather than just a famous name squeezed into a smaller box. The weapons are ready. Now the thumbs need to cooperate.
