Don’t Starve Together Pocket Edition is now one day away, and mobile survival fans should probably start preparing emotionally. The original co-op survival formula is famous for being charming, cruel and extremely good at punishing overconfidence, which makes the mobile port a big test. Phones are perfect for gathering, crafting and short sessions, but the interface needs to behave because Don’t Starve is already dangerous enough without touch controls joining the monster team.

If Playdigious nails the port, tomorrow could be one of July’s biggest mobile survival launches.
