The Mobile Games Awards 2026 main voting window has closed, but the public People’s Choice vote continues until the end of the month. That keeps the awards conversation alive after the July 20 industry deadline. The Cologne gala returns on August 25 during gamescom week, with Samsung Gaming Hub as headline partner. Awards matter because mobile still fights for prestige in some corners of the wider games industry despite being one of its biggest business engines. Revenue is nice.
A trophy that looks good in a deck, store page and LinkedIn post is also not terrible.
