Unity 7 has been unveiled, and mobile developers should pay attention even if launch is not until Q1 2027. Unity says the new platform will integrate AI tools and coding agents into workflows, improve Play Mode speed, speed up shader builds, add new APIs and expand monetisation and rendering tech.
