Sofie Scout joins this week's new mobile picks

Sofie Scout: Road to Poland is one of the nicest mobile stories of the week. It looks like a cheerful pixel runner, but it has a real mission behind it: helping two young Scouts raise money to reach the 2027 World Scout Jamboree in Gdansk. Players guide Sofie across Europe, jumping over obstacles, avoiding hazards and chasing a goal bigger than a leaderboard. It is paid, personal and refreshingly wholesome. Mobile games are not always about whales, banners and revenue charts.

Sometimes they are about getting to Poland.
