Pokémon TCG Pocket is preparing Ruler of the Skies for July 29, and Mega Rayquaza is exactly the kind of card headline that makes collectors suddenly forget restraint exists. Mega Gallade also joins the set, giving the expansion both dragon spectacle and sharp battle flavour.
