Huawei Pura 90s Pro series opens Philippine pre-orders ahead of August 20 release

Huawei has opened Philippine pre-orders for the Pura 90s Pro and Pura 90s Pro Max ahead of their August 20 retail launch. The Pura 90s Pro starts at PHP 54,999 and uses a 6.6-inch LTPO OLED display with a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz, 12GB of RAM and a 6,000mAh battery. Its camera system includes a 50MP main sensor and 50MP macro telephoto camera. The larger Pro Max moves to a 6.9-inch LTPO OLED display and adds a 200MP telephoto camera while supporting 100W wired and 80W wireless charging.

Huawei continues to position the Pura family primarily around photography, but the combination of large batteries, high-refresh OLED panels and fast charging also makes the phones capable entertainment devices. For gamers, software compatibility and chipset performance will matter more than headline camera numbers, particularly in markets where Huawei's ecosystem differs from standard Google-certified Android devices. Pre-orders run until August 19 with bundles and bank offers depending on retailer.

The series gives Philippine buyers another premium option during a month already crowded with foldables, gaming phones and upcoming Pixel hardware.
