Palworld Online continues development as Garena reshapes creature survival for mobile MMORPG play

Palworld Online remains one of 2026's most ambitious upcoming mobile projects, with Garena developing a dedicated MMORPG based on Pocketpair's creature-collecting survival universe. Rather than directly porting the existing PC and console game, the mobile version is being built around touch interaction and persistent multiplayer from the beginning.

Planned systems include Pal collection, crafting, settlement building, cooperative PvE and competitive PvP, along with original story material created for the mobile game. That approach should help Garena avoid forcing a desktop-style interface onto smaller screens, but it also changes the expectations of players familiar with the premium original.
