Motorola's Moto Pad 70 is entering its first full week on sale after launching in India on August 10. The tablet combines a 12.1-inch 2.5K display with a large 10,200mAh battery and 68W wired charging, positioning it as a device for long media, study and productivity sessions. MediaTek's Dimensity 6400 provides mainstream processing performance, while the included Moto Pen broadens the tablet's use for handwriting, annotation and creative work.

Quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support reinforce the entertainment focus. The Pad 70 is not intended to challenge flagship gaming tablets in raw GPU speed, but its large battery and screen make it suitable for casual and mid-range Android gaming. The product also illustrates renewed competition in the Android tablet market.

For years, Samsung occupied much of the space between low-cost tablets and Apple's iPad lineup, but Motorola, OnePlus, Xiaomi and others are increasingly offering larger displays, stylus support and laptop-style accessories. That competition gives users more reasons to treat Android tablets as serious secondary computers rather than oversized media players. The Pad 70's main appeal is therefore breadth rather than one headline specification.
