Whisperborne opens mobile pre-registration for a fantasy hero-collection JRPG

Whisperborne is now open for pre-registration on Android and iOS, introducing Neptune Corp.'s upcoming fantasy collection RPG to mobile players. The game is built around recruiting legendary heroes, arranging formations and progressing through a story-driven fantasy world. Its pixel-inspired visual presentation gives it a different feel from the highly rendered 3D character collectors dominating much of the current market.

Strategic positioning and team composition are intended to influence battles, meaning players will need to think about how heroes complement one another rather than simply increasing individual power levels. The Google Play listing describes a sweeping narrative where summoned characters and formation choices shape progression. Pre-registration gives the studio an opportunity to measure demand while preparing servers and launch rewards before full release.

The App Store currently points toward a 2027 launch window, so the campaign may continue for some time. That gives the developers room to refine balance and build a larger content pipeline. Collection RPGs face intense competition, particularly when users already maintain accounts in several established games.
