Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is now available for mobile pre-registration ahead of its September 16 release on iOS and Android. THQ Nordic Mobile and Snapshot Games are bringing the complete remake to phones for $15.99 rather than producing a simplified free-to-play adaptation. The adventure sends Mickey into Wasteland, a strange world inhabited by forgotten characters and damaged environments.

Its signature paint-and-thinner mechanic allows players to restore objects or erase them, changing routes and interactions as the story progresses. Mobile controls are being redesigned around touchscreens, which is crucial for a game combining third-person platforming, camera control and precision painting.
