Google's Pixel 11 Pro is now official, bringing the full Pro camera and software package to users who prefer a smaller flagship rather than a giant phone. The device uses Tensor G6 and the latest Gemini Nano model alongside Google's brightest-ever Super Actua display, rated at up to 3,600 nits. Google has also added a more scratch-resistant surface and continued its focus on durability.

One of the most distinctive additions is HiLight, an RGB notification system integrated into the camera area that can provide visual alerts without requiring the screen to remain active. The Pro camera system receives significant sensor upgrades and additional low-light and zoom capabilities, while features such as Magic Capture and Camera Looks expand the software side of photography. Pixel 11 Pro starts at $1,099 and is available for pre-order now ahead of August 20 retail availability.

It uses the same core processing and camera capabilities as the larger Pro XL, making it one of relatively few Android flagships that does not force users to choose an oversized device to obtain the best specifications. Gaming performance will depend heavily on how effectively the smaller chassis handles Tensor G6 heat during sustained sessions.
