Google's Pixel 11 family is approaching its first pre-order weekend after the company unveiled four new phones at Made by Google. The standard Pixel 11 begins at $899, with Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold occupying progressively higher price tiers. All models use Google's Tensor G6 processor and launch with Android 17, while Google is promising seven years of operating-system, security and Pixel Drop support.
The standard phone now begins with 256GB of storage, partly offsetting its higher starting price. Retail availability begins on August 20. Google is using aggressive launch incentives through its store and retail partners, including gift cards and trade-in offers that vary by model and market. For mobile gamers, the most important question remains sustained Tensor G6 performance.
Google's processors have traditionally prioritised photography, machine learning and AI features rather than leading graphics benchmarks. Early review testing over the coming days will therefore be important for buyers who play demanding titles. The Pixel 11 series is technologically more evolutionary than revolutionary, but its combination of long support, brighter displays, improved cameras and deeper Gemini integration gives Google its most complete hardware lineup yet.
