Apple Arcade prepares Block Blast!+ and Art of Fauna+ for September 3

Apple Arcade is preparing another puzzle-focused expansion for September 3, with Block Blast!+ and Art of Fauna: Cozy Puzzles+ among the incoming additions. Block Blast!+ brings one of mobile's most recognisable block-placement puzzle formats into the subscription service without conventional advertising or separate in-app purchases. Art of Fauna takes a calmer direction, combining wildlife artwork with puzzle-solving and educational elements.

The pairing demonstrates how Apple continues using Arcade to offer ad-free versions of familiar mobile experiences alongside smaller premium games. Removing monetisation interruptions can significantly change the rhythm of puzzle titles that players often open for brief sessions several times per day. Apple Arcade also provides one subscription across compatible iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV hardware, encouraging games to function across multiple screen sizes.

The service no longer relies entirely on expensive exclusives to justify itself; increasingly, its value comes from providing cleaner versions of games people already understand.
