Sally Face 2 announced for iOS and Android after its initial PC Early Access release

Portable Moose has announced Sally Face 2, confirming that the sequel will eventually come to iOS and Android alongside consoles after beginning its life through PC Early Access. The new game continues the supernatural horror story with Sal and his friends facing a far darker post-apocalyptic world. Developer Steve Gabry describes the sequel as substantially more ambitious than the original, with expanded artwork, technology and puzzle design.

The game remains a side-scrolling narrative adventure focused on mysteries, brain teasers and deliberately uncomfortable imagery inspired by both 1990s cartoons and nightmares. A hint system is planned for players who want to experience the story without becoming stuck on the more difficult puzzles. No mobile release date has been announced, so smartphone users should not expect the sequel alongside the first PC build.

Still, explicit confirmation of Android and iOS ports matters because mobile players will not be treated as an afterthought indefinitely. The announcement also stresses that the project's art is being handcrafted rather than generated automatically. With the original Sally Face now available on mobile as well, August 17 effectively marks the beginning of a new phase for the franchise across smartphones.
