Honkai: Star Rail announces Faber-Castell collaboration for Indonesia

Honkai: Star Rail is expanding beyond the screen through a newly announced collaboration with Faber-Castell in Indonesia. The partnership will produce a themed stationery collection connected to HoYoverse's turn-based RPG, with collectible material including character-themed designs and stickers expected as part of the range. The products are currently planned for a March 2027 release, so today's announcement is considerably earlier than the eventual retail debut.

Indonesia is an important market for mobile RPGs and anime-adjacent merchandise, making the country a logical location for this type of partnership. Game collaborations with stationery and lifestyle brands also demonstrate how large mobile franchises increasingly operate as entertainment properties rather than simply applications. Star Rail already has a highly recognisable cast, meaning notebooks, writing products and school-oriented merchandise can reach users who may not buy conventional gaming collectibles.

The announcement arrives while players are also preparing for Version 4.5 later this month.
