Gangstar Mirage City is entering the final stretch before its August 20 soft launch on iOS and Android in selected markets. Level Infinite's open-world multiplayer game is built around crews, heists, garages, driving and street conflicts inside a persistent city. Cooperative operations are a major part of the pitch, with players expected to plan jobs and work together rather than experiencing the world exclusively as a single-player crime adventure.
Pre-registration remains active through the official campaign, although exact promotional deadlines can differ by region. The upcoming soft launch is important because an open-world multiplayer city places substantial technical pressure on mobile hardware and servers. Traffic, vehicles, combat and several connected players all need to remain responsive without excessive battery drain or thermal throttling.
Level Infinite can also use the regional phase to study progression and monetisation before committing to a broader global rollout. The game has attracted attention because large free-roaming urban worlds remain relatively unusual on phones compared with PC and console. August 20 should provide the first meaningful indication of whether Mirage City can combine that scale with the short-session convenience expected from a modern mobile live service.
