Digimon Alysion has reportedly generated roughly $10 million in gross mobile player spending during its first month, giving Bandai Namco another encouraging result for the Digimon franchise. The mobile-exclusive title launched on July 15, and third-party estimates place downloads at around two million by early August. Daily player expenditure reportedly peaked at approximately $1.1 million shortly after release before settling into a more conventional post-launch decline.
App-store estimates do not necessarily capture every source of revenue, particularly web-store spending or advertising, meaning the game's complete commercial performance could be higher. The result arrives during an unusually active period for Digimon on mobile, including today's AFK Journey collaboration. Successful franchise games are particularly valuable because they can support merchandise, anime and other entertainment activity while reaching players who may never purchase a dedicated console title.
The challenge for Alysion is now retention. A strong opening month can be driven by fan enthusiasm and launch promotions, but long-term value depends on whether events and progression keep users active after the initial collection rush. Its first month nevertheless demonstrates that Digimon remains commercially powerful on smartphones.
