iQOO Z11 India launch is two days away with 144Hz AMOLED display

iQOO is preparing to launch the Z11 in India on August 20, placing another performance-focused smartphone into one of the world's most competitive mobile-gaming markets. The handset uses a large curved AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and refresh rate up to 144Hz, while MediaTek's Dimensity 7500 Turbo provides the processing platform. iQOO has consistently targeted users who care about gaming speed and aggressive specifications without paying the highest flagship prices, and the Z11 follows that pattern.

A 144Hz screen is useful only when games and the processor can actually produce sufficiently high frame rates, so cooling and sustained performance will matter as much as the panel itself. The company is also launching new iQOO Buds alongside the phone, strengthening its attempt to build an ecosystem around performance users. Full Indian pricing and final memory configurations are expected at Thursday's event.

The Z11 arrives just as iQOO launches the much more powerful Neo 11 Ultra and enormous-battery Z11S in China, making August 2026 one of the company's busiest hardware periods.
