Genshin Impact Version 7.0 is now firmly into its second week, with players moving from the initial excitement of discovering Snezhnaya toward longer-term farming, exploration and team development. HoYoverse opened the long-awaited region on August 12, introducing a major chapter connected to the Fatui and Cryo Archon alongside new characters, quests, enemies and materials.

Community maps and resource routes are now becoming increasingly complete as players collectively locate hidden puzzles, chests and upgrade materials. The Spiral Abyss has also reset since the launch, giving high-level users another source of Primogems and a reason to reconsider team compositions around the newest characters. Mobile storage remains one of the practical challenges surrounding Genshin's continued expansion.

A six-year-old open-world live service inevitably occupies substantial space even with HoYoverse's tools for removing completed resources. Performance in Snezhnaya is also useful as a benchmark for older smartphones.
