CMF by Nothing has officially launched the Buds Neo in India today, expanding the brand's audio range with its most affordable new true-wireless option. The earbuds include active noise cancellation and advertise as much as 52 hours of total playback when battery capacity from the charging case is included. CMF's design language remains central, with distinctive colour combinations and a case intended to look less anonymous than conventional budget earbuds.
The launch follows teaser material suggesting tactile case controls as another part of the product's identity. Affordable true-wireless audio is extremely competitive in India, so CMF needs reliable ANC, microphones and battery performance rather than simply another attractive case. Mobile gamers will also want to know how effectively any low-latency modes perform during shooters and rhythm games.
The Buds Neo sit underneath more expensive CMF and Nothing earbuds, giving the company another entry point into its broader device ecosystem. First retail drops begin shortly after today's unveiling, followed by wider online availability. Independent listening tests will determine whether CMF has managed to preserve its stronger audio characteristics at the lower price tier.
