Motorola's Moto G Max begins Indian sales today at ₹27,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration. The device is built around a 7,000mAh battery and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor, with a 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD capable of refreshing at 120Hz. Motorola pairs the large battery with 30W charging and gives the phone unusually strong durability credentials through IP66, IP68 and IP69 resistance together with MIL-STD-810H testing.
Photography is led by a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main camera, while Android 16-based Hello UI handles software. The G Max does not attempt to compete with flagship gaming hardware; instead, it prioritises endurance and practical durability in the sub-₹30,000 segment. That can be more useful for mainstream mobile players than another benchmark increase, particularly for games that already run comfortably on mid-range processors.
The 120Hz display also improves general responsiveness even when demanding titles cannot reach the panel's maximum frame rate. Sales began at noon through Flipkart and Motorola's Indian channels.
