Silver Palace continues Anime NYC showcase ahead of Gamescom appearance

Silver Palace continues its Anime NYC presence today as Elementa Games builds momentum ahead of Gamescom. The open-world detective RPG is currently accepting pre-registration for PC, iOS and Android, although the developer still has not announced a final release date. Silver Palace places players in the elaborate city of Silvernia and combines real-time action combat with investigations, character-driven storylines and an urban environment influenced by Victorian and steampunk aesthetics.

Hands-on events are particularly useful for a game like this because its detective systems need to feel meaningfully integrated rather than simply decorating another character-collection RPG. Anime NYC runs through August 23, while Gamescom begins next week, giving Silver Palace back-to-back opportunities to reach Western audiences. The game's visual ambition also means mobile performance will be heavily scrutinised.

A detailed open city can look impressive in trailers yet struggle with sustained frame rates and heat on ordinary phones. Until an official release window appears, these public demonstrations remain the best indication of how far development has progressed.
