Public voting for the GamingonPhone Awards 2026 is now active across categories covering Mobile Game of the Year, Ongoing Mobile Game of the Year, Most Anticipated Mobile Game, visual design, audio, voice acting, community and crossover events. The awards are scheduled to culminate with results revealed in Bangkok on October 28. Awards are inevitably partly popularity contests, but mobile gaming has become broad enough that the nominee lists also provide a useful snapshot of where player attention currently sits.

Long-running live-service games compete with newer releases, while design and audio categories give titles that may not dominate revenue rankings an opportunity to be recognised for individual strengths. The timing is also useful: voting opens immediately before Gamescom week, when publishers are preparing another burst of announcements and marketing.

With mobile increasingly sharing releases, accounts and production pipelines with PC and console games, standalone mobile awards feel less like a niche sideshow than they did a few years ago. Voting is open now through the official awards pages.
