Pawprint Studio and Kingsglory have confirmed that creature-collecting action RPG Aniimo will arrive on iOS and Android on September 23, one week after its September 16 release on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles. The release-date announcement gives mobile players a firm target after months of trailers and pre-registration activity.

Aniimo revolves around capturing and interacting with more than 200 creatures while exploring a large fantasy world, with combat designed around the abilities and transformations of those companions. The staggered launch suggests the developers are giving the mobile versions additional time rather than forcing every platform into the same release day. That may be sensible for a game where interface design and performance optimization will matter enormously on lower-powered devices.

Aniimo is entering one of 2026's busiest emerging categories, with several publishers investing heavily in open-world creature collection. Its September launch will therefore test whether strong visual design and cross-platform scale can translate into a distinct identity rather than simply appearing as another alternative to Pokémon.
